There are bad and good habits. You better get good habits and forget the bad ones.
Bad Habits are the ones that are not helping you to get what you want.
- Being with People Who Don’t Appreciate You.
- Excessive Drinking.
- Eating Too Much Red Meat.
- Smoking. Better forget forever this one.
- Eating Junk Food. If you’re a grow up guy or baby boomer why junk food?
- Hanging out with Pessimist, Cynic, Defeatist People.
- Eating Too Much Red Meat.
- Not Exercise.
- Stress Eating…example, to eat 1–2 bags of popcorn watching a horror film.

So, begin doing different, more organic, more intuitive and less structured things.
Same actions get the same results.
So stop doing what most people are doing. Do different things for your own happiness.
