“They are breaking the entire cement concrete that surrounds the pillars. And so leaving only the hardware... I’m getting scared of it” said one of the residents, to a friend on WhatsApp.
The structure was heavily compromised by corrosion. It was caused by the use of low quality and or undersized, understimate structural concrete project.
Cracks at 45 degrees.
Lack of building maintenance.
Result … a wicked end. The unexpected occurs.
