What Happen with Vietnam During the Pandemic Until April 2021
The Covid crisis in Vietnam is less than stressful.
In Viet Nam, from 3 January 2020 to 2:35 pm CEST, 18 April 2021, there have been 2,781 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 35 deaths, according to WHO.
As of 29 March 2021, a total of 44,000 vaccine doses have been administered.
Vietnam is a country of nearly 100 million people, has a long border and an open economy.
What Happen with Vietnam
Vietnam’s first case of COVID-19 was known on January 23, 2020.
They closed schools at the start of February. Many Western countries didn’t close schools for nearly another 2 months.
Vietnam closed national borders and canceled all international flights in March last year.
Vietnam was more proactive and responded quicker to minimize spread.
The government and its citizens took it seriously.
