But a friend remembers something about his life on 06/06/66 …
The idea of this came from my friend's groups talking about the past, what happened on 06/06/66…

“Hoje é dia 06/06. É uma data que eu sempre observo. E fico filosofando barato… Eu me lembro de estar assistindo aula no cursinho do Castelo no dia 06/06/66. Era um sábado (aula extra) e eu pensei no meu futuro com engenheiro… Certamente eu não estava pensando em 2021, 55 anos depois. Hoje a lembrança é um passado distante. Quem gosta disso é o Urso, que faz reuniões imaginárias com os amigos Ursos “alternativos” (os Ursos que poderiam ter existido se ele tivesse escolhido outros caminhos, nas muitas decisões e escolhas que teve durante a vida).
Seja como for, eu conheci muitos de vocês há 55 anos, Outros há mais tempo, como o Bandeira, que foi meu colega de berçário em 1948, no HGE no Rio de Janeiro. Eu era recém nascido e ele já era grandinho, mas continuava no berçário. Uma espécie de repetente…
Bom ainda estarmos juntos tantos anos depois de 06/06/66.”
I was in my first year at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering in Fortaleza. Later I moved to Civil Engineering.
Today is 06/06/. It’s a date I always watch. And I’m philosophizing cheaply… I remember attending class at Castelo’s course on 06/06/66. It was a Saturday (extra class) and I thought about my future as an engineer… I certainly wasn’t thinking about 2021, 55 years later. Today the memory is a distant past. Bear likes this, and he makes imaginary meetings with his “alternative” Bear friends (the Bears who could have existed if he had chosen other paths, in the many decisions and choices he made during his life).
In any case, I met many of you 55 years ago, others longer, like Bandeira, who was my nursery colleague in 1948, at HGE in Rio de Janeiro. I was a newborn and he was already big, but he was still in the nursery. A kind of repeater…
Good to still be together so many years after 06/06/66.
