Today when I get up in the morning my friends from Brazil were talking about the pandemic on WhatsApp. And I sent them this video from PBS.
This is my post in that group discussion.
There have been multiple failures in government systems, with respect to accountability and honesty.
1- Since the beginning… On Jan 1st, 2020 they tried to hide what was happening to the rest of the world.
Lack of transparency and did not fulfill the obligation to communicate to WHO, World Health Organization.
WHO was informed by the media (Wall Street Journal) and not by the government.
Even for their own people, they tried to hide.
Although they have experience and competence to evaluate the result of all this.
People who knew had to keep silent …
